Head Style:
Pan, flange, hex flange, ball head, external low profile TORX® – designed to your specification. See options available
Thread Types:
Metric and licensed threads which includes TAPTITE®, FASTITE®2000™, REMFORM® and POWERLOK® product range, selected based on material and joint requirements.
When required it’s possible to combine two different threads on both ends of the stud, drive system and special points for a perfect engagement and optional washer. Explore Double end studs
Thread Point:
Options like Dog point, MAThread®, MATpoint® and its variants available for precise engagement control.
Materials, heat treatments and surface treatments
Materials:
Low and medium carbon steel are the most common raw materials used to manufacture a wide range of high-performance screws. If required, custom screws can be manufactured from special metals like alloy steels, aluminum and stainless steel.
Heat Treatment:
Heat treatment changes the metallurgic microstructure of steel to obtain the required mechanical properties. Case hardening and neutral hardening are applied in accordance with DIN ISO 898-1, and for licensed products the respective technical specifications are applied.
Coating:
We offer a wide range of electroplating (galvanic) coatings to protect the screw against corrosion and improve frictional properties for a better performance. Coatings are available in with different color and up to 1000 hours salt spray resistance.
Additionally, we offer organic zinc flake coating, non-electrolytic offering excellent corrosion resistance and preventing hydrogen embrittlement.

Secondary Operations
In many applications, screws are required to do more than simply join two parts together. To meet specific functional or assembly requirements, secondary operations are often carried out. These additional processes substantially enhance the versatility and performance of fasteners:
Integrated captive washers, rubber gaskets, or caps
Custom drill holes, clearance grooves, or undercuts
Functional finishes such as sealing or adhesives for application-specific performance
Additional machining to achieve the tight tolerances required by engineered components
Sorting & Technical Cleanliness
Inspection Levels:
Sorting options such as optical, Eddy current, laser, or mechanical methods are available to ensure smooth operation in fully automated assembly processes.
Cleanliness Levels:
Cleanliness standards compliant with ISO 16232 and VDA 19.1 are available at various levels. Customized solutions are also offered to meet specific requirements.
Our capability
We are equipped with advanced cold heading, thread forming, multi-stage, and CNC machines, enabling us to perform complex cold forming processes with up to five dies. Our multi-die cold heading technology allows the forming of complex shapes without generating scrap material and enables complex parts to be manufactured at high production rates. When required, we can also carry out secondary operations such as drilling holes, creating clearance grooves, undercuts, or other complex geometries to meet your specific application needs.
